A new day......

So I'm going to do this blog thing. Today I was trying to make the perfect chocolate chip cookie....again.....but ended up making a mint chocolate chip cookie batch.
Here it is.
They're still in the oven, so I don't think that anyone should try these until they come out. !!!!!!!
I burn't the chocolate. It smells like a smoker lives here.

Ok:
1 cup granulated sugar.
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 3/4 cups of butter
1/2 a neufchatel cheese
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
2 blocks unsweetened baking chocolate
1 cup mint chips (andes)

I put the oven on 350 degrees. Who knows when they will be done??????
